SATURDAY MORNING BREAKFAST / BOOK STUDY
Join us for a great breakfast, a time of fellowship, and the study of God’s Word. This monthly breakfast is on the second Saturday each month at 7:00-8:30 AM in rooms 3 and 4. In 2009 we began study of the book "Disciplines of a Godly Man" by Kent Hughes.
FRIDAY MORNING MEN'S HUDDLE
This Bible Study for men, is Friday mornings from 6:00-7:00 AM in Room 6 (We do not meet the 2nd Friday of each month). It is led by Pastor Steve and we are currently studying the life of David in 1 Samuel. The study is followed by a discussion time of how to apply the Scripture to our lives. For those of you that like to start the day with an early morning Bible Study, then this is the one for you!
THURSDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
Join us Thursday nights at 7:00 PM (Room 2) for a Bible study in Jeremiah.
Jesus said in John 15:5 "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing."
After two decades of working with kids in the public schools, 25 years of marriage, and raising three children of my own, I can attest to the fact that it is this “abiding in Christ” that empowers each of us to be a Christian witness in our homes and also in the marketplace. On our own we have nothing to offer. It is only as the Lord works in us and through us can we impact the world around us.
